Email Server Update

The new email server is in place and working. We are using MagicMail as both the mail server and the email filtering service. The MagicMail filters don't exactly match how Postini filtered, so some spam may get through while some legitimate mail may be quarantined.

If you are using IMAP to connect to our mail server, you will see a new folder called Spam. That is the MagicMail quarantine. If you are using POP, you won't automatically see the Spam folder. POP users will need to log into webmail to see the Spam folder. Either way, you will need to login to the new webmail to tune your spam filter.

Tuxedo (similar to RoundCube)

Webmail Lite - better for dial-up or older computers

Click on Spam Settings (Tuxedo) or Antispam Settings (Webmail Lite) to check your filters.

Server Settings

If you are having trouble sending or receiving, please check your email settings. The proper settings are on our Tech Support page.

Coastal Telco Services takes the responsibility of delivering email to and from our customers very seriously. We think the new email software will be a great benefit to our customers.

If you have any questions or issues, please call Tech Support at 563-5018, 763-5018 or 785-5018 from 7:30 - 9 Monday through Friday or email support@tidewater.net.
