Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

Federal law allows you, the consumer, to choose how we at the company use your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). CPNI is data that is not publicly available, including the types of services you subscribe to, the number of telephone lines you have, how much you use your services, and your calling and billing records. This federal law is designed to protect your privacy rights, while allowing the company to meet your future telecommunications needs. Our companies value our customers. Meeting your communications requirements, while protecting your privacy, is our main concern. Indeed, federal law requires us to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. In order to meet the future needs of our customers, we may share CPNI information with our affiliated companies, including our long distance, Internet or other affiliated communications companies. We will disclose your CPNI records to these companies only for the specific intent of analyzing and/or providing products or services and to inform you of any maintenance and/or upgrades that may affect your services. This allows us greater ability to tailor the services we provide to you. If you do not want us to share your CPNI records with our other affiliates, contact us by calling our Business office: 207-563-9911, 207-763-9911 or 207-785-9911 and let us know of your decision.
