Customer Service Representative
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer incoming calls in prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information to customers regarding all aspects of their services and/or bills.
- Assist customers with trouble shooting Streaming TV service, add/remove services and answer questions about downloading our app.
- Prepare service orders for installs, disconnects, service changes for telephone, internet, and Streaming TV service.
- Handle incoming correspondence for Business Office regarding changes to customer accounts.
- Assist Customers at front counter with billing issues or setting up services.
- Handle directory changes and ensure accuracy.
- Key changes to customer accounts using USP Codes.
- Take credit card payments over phone and assist customers with online bill pay.
- Perform collection activities such as mailing disconnect notices, calling customers with unpaid balances and making payment arrangements.
- Research billing for customers with billing issues.
